FIELD: transportation. ^ SUBSTANCE: for tubes fixation in tube plates, preset contact stresses are created between tube and surface of hole in tube plate. Tube expander is used, which comprises conical rollers, drive and spindle. Axis of rollers rotation is shifted at the angle relative to axis of spindle rotation, having conical working part. Drive of spindle rotation is equipped with device for termination of rolling process as specified torque is achieved at the master end of spindle. Surface of hole in plate is arranged as smooth or with microchannels, or with single radial channel, or with two radial channels. Specified value of torque, at which spindle rotation is terminated, is defined based on given ratio with account of parametres of control joint of tube and tube plate, design and material of which are similar to produced joint. ^ EFFECT: increased service life of heat exchanging devices. ^ 2 dwg |
