FIELD: technological processes; electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: after part and chill are fixed, at least one alloying plate is installed on the side of part working surface and melt temperature of this plate should be less than temperature of slag bath. Consumable electrode is used from reinforcing steel. Alloying plate is made by means of pressing with binding agent of powdery charge that comprises the following components, wt %: ferrochromium 38-40, ferromanganese 10-12, ferrotungsten 15-17, graphite 33-35, with further drying. ^ EFFECT: higher quality of faced material and improved wear resistance due to directed alloying of faced working surface of part, reduction of prime cost and lower labour intensiveness of alloying plates manufacture. ^ 1 ex |
