FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: installation for thermal processing of oily soils comprises hearth, furnace with drum arranged with the possibility of rotation, loading and unloading devices, smoke chamber, refrigerator, separator, collectors of water, condensate, gas, cake and sludge receiver. Hearth comprises rotary tube arranged with the possibility to perform angular and linear motions, at that its pressure is maintained as 10-20% less than atmospheric one, and it is connected to loading device for initial oily soil. Unloading device is connected to setting chamber equipped with device for air cooling and liquid jet compressor plant designed for pumping of liquid and gaseous phases under pressure higher than atmospheric by at least 1-2 atmospheres, besides pressure at the inlet of liquid jet compressor plant is equal to pressure in working cavity of furnace drum. ^ EFFECT: products and water suitable for commercial disposal. ^ 1 dwg |
