FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to earthmoving - transport engineering, namely, to scrapers and may be employed in construction and in mining industry and in earthmoving works on solid, melted, and frozen earths, on packed snow and frazil. Scraper includes a basic two - wheel prime mover, draft frame, scoop with a knife, shutter, back wall, auger - type elevators inside the scoop, cutter for ground destruction before the scoop, hydraulic lifting and descending mechanisms of shutter, scoop, auger elevators of back wall moving. Width of the cutter with cultivating teeth agrees with the scooper width. Cutter is driven by an auxiliary motor arranged on the side of the rear axis of the scraper. It is pivotally set moving up and down, deepening into the earth and cutting it upwards on the transverse beam and longitudinal bars of the draught frame by means of draughts and hydraulic cylinders. Whereat between the cutter and the knife of the scoop, in particular, on the external side of the shutter there is a drag corresponding to the width of the scoop driven by strap - on - thruster with the lifting - descending mechanism against the shutter, with possibility of moving of mellowed by the cutter earth downwards and its transportation to the front part of the scoop under the auger elevators. Whereat drag contains high - torque hydraulic motor, chain - drives of the cylinder rotation with bearing supports, two assembly cuts in the cylinder and rollers for dragging blade set in diametral plane from two crank mechanisms arranged inside the cylinder on the side of butt - ends of the rowing up blade. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of scrapers performance on solid and frozen soils. ^ 5 dwg |
