An adult male penis exerciser comprises: nature netting thread(15) having the penis shape of the human; lining(14) covering the nature netting thread of shape; an air hole(9) irregularly formed in the surface; a main body(2) covering the lining; a glans subsidiary member(3) which is combined with one end of the main body and has the glans shape of the penis of the human; an outer shell(1) which is formed by glans subsidiary member; and a push button switch(8) making the assembly and disassembly of the main body and the glans subsidiary member facilitated.
