A bullet for simulation training is provided to minimize impact applied to a human body by filling an liquid pigment and a powder pigment in a cover and a capsule. A bullet for simulation training comprises the followings: a capsule unit(110), a head unit of the bullet and forming internal space; a cover unit(120) supporting rubbing of a steel wire by contacting the steel wire of the bullet with an outer circumference and forming single space connected to the inter space of the capsule unit; a powder pigment(130) buffering impact of the shot; and a liquid pigment to confirm shot of the bullet.
