With the first row the cutter plates angular spacing relative to the axis of rotation as defined within a plane perpendicular to the latter is designed to be variable within the range of the row specified. With the second row the cutter plates angular spacing relative to the axis of rotation is designed to be variable within the range of the row specified and differing from the value of angular spacing relative to the axis of rotation as having been defined for the first row cutter plates. ^ EFFECT: enhanced resistance to vibration due to harmonic oscillations elimination. ^ 20 cl, 8 dwg
