A transceiving method capable of efficiently using optimum product information, a transceiving system, a central processing unit and a computer-readable recording medium are provided to decode product information and transmit product information to a second terminal apparatus. A first terminal apparatus(1) transmits the kinds of the commodity information. The kind of the transmitted product information is received to the central processing unit. The central processing unit transmits the kind of the received product information in a second terminal apparatus(2). If the central processing unit receives the information showing the purchase about the kinds of the transmitted commodity information from the second terminal apparatus, the central processing unit transmits the cryptographic key ciphering the commodity information to the first terminal apparatus. The central processing unit transmits the decryption key for decoding the commodity information in the second terminal apparatus.
