FIELD: medicine; traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves osseous installation of threaded bar thereafter retained to bearing supports of transosseous apparatus. After threaded bar is installed, bushing liner of length exceeding that of soft tissues is screwed thereon firmly to cortical osseous plate. ^ EFFECT: higher stability and reliability of osseous retain of threaded bars, lower bar loosening and inflammatory complications rate. ^ 4 dwg |
