FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology. ^ SUBSTANCE: functional analysis of achromatic and colour static tangent screen examination of ON-OFF conicus system activity within macular area bounded to radius 5 degrees, are applied. Fine colour blinds are detected with using diluted colours to stimulus of the least saturation 213 standard units of blue and red luminophor fluorescence. Contrast sense shocks are detected to stimulus lighter than background of any brightness located 5 degrees from macula centre. Considering sensomotor reaction time 1154.68±37.44 and higher, 574.00±38.43 and higher respectively, early changes of macular retina area are diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: preventive measures and prejudice of organic changes of retina. ^ 2 tbl, 3 dwg, 3 ex |
