FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method envisages inclusion of wheat-germ powder with a specified content of macroelements, microelements and vitamins in the fish daily diet. Rated amounts of wheat-germ powder being admixed to fodder: with youngs-of-the year and juveniles - 0.5-50% of the total amount of fodder; with spawners - 0.5-35% of the total amount of fodder; with commercial fish - 0.5-30% of the total amount of fodder. ^ EFFECT: optimisation of commercially bred fish diets in terms of nutrients content. ^ 4 tbl
