FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns method of obtaining 2-mercaptobenzothiazol out of unrefined product melt obtained by interaction of aniline, hydrosulphide and sulphur in reactor under pressure, also including non-reacted source materials, intermediary products and resins. The method involves the following stages after reaching stationary state of reaction medium: a) crystallisation of unrefined 2-mercaptobenzothiazol product from aniline solution, b) separation of liquid phase (FK) of crystallisation at stage (a) into three parts, c) removal of one liquid phase part (FK1) of crystallisation at stage (a) from the process, d) return of second liquid phase part (FK2) of crystallisation after stage (a) to reactor for obtaining unrefined product and adding sulphur and carbon sulphide against aniline, e) final refinement of crystallised 2-mercaptobenzothiazol from stage (a) in liquid aniline phase and separation of refined 2-mercaptobenzothiazol, f) use of third liquid phase part (FK3) of crystallisation at stage (a) with added liquid phase (FR) of final refinement at stage (e) and possibly aniline for crystallisation of the next unrefined 2-mercaptobenzothiazol product batch, g) use of liquid phase (FR) of final refinement at stage (f) together with liquid phase part (FK3) from stage (e) possibly aniline for crystallisation of the next unrefined 2-mercaptobenzothiazol product, h) stages (a)-(g) repeated. ^ EFFECT: high purity grade and product output, lower power consumption. ^ 9 cl, 6 ex |
