A voice encrypted communication module for a mobile communication terminal is provided to prevent a wiretapping by starting encryption communication by an encryption communication button. An ear-microphone(210) transmits and receives the voice of a user. A first voice processor(220) processes the voice of the user outputted from the ear-microphone to the signal required fro encryption. The first voice processor processes the voice of an opponent inputted from the outside to the signal required for encryption. An earphone interface(230) is connected to the earphone terminal of the mobile communication terminal. The second voice processor(240) processes the voice of the opponent transmitted from the earphone interface to the signal required for decoding. The second voice processor processes the voice of the user inputted from the outside to the signal required for the encryption. An encryption communication button(250) outputs the encryption communication command signal according to the input of the user. A digital signal processor(260) decodes or encodes the voice signal.
