A waterproofing and root-proofing construction structure for rooftop greening is provided that the butyl rubber with a superior construction application property is used as the waterproof sheet for rooftop greening. A waterproofing and root-proofing construction structure for rooftop greening comprises a waterproof sheet(3) which is made of butyl rubber and installed on the water resistant of roof process surface, a root-proof and waterproof layer(5) which is made of fiber reinforced plastic and laminated on the top of waterproof sheet, a compensation material(4) compensating for the difference of the coefficient of thermal expansion between the waterproof sheet and root-proof and waterproof layer, a finishing layer(6) laminated on the top of the waterproof layer, and a water-absorbent material inserted inside the conduction.
