A manufacturing process of device is simplified by using the solution process. According to the depth within the organic active layer, the molecular arrangement structure is gradually changed. Therefore, the organic light-emitting device having mobility gradient is formed. Firstly, the bottom electrode(20) is formed on the substrate(10). The organic active material layer is formed by coating the organic active material solution on the bottom electrode. The light is irradiated on the organic active material layer(31). The molecular arrangement structure within the organic active material layer is changed according to the depth. The gradient of the carrier mobility according to depth is formed with the change of the molecular arrangement structure according to depth.
