A navigation device for OSD(On Screen Display)-displaying routing information is provided to confirm a correct route by providing redirection information and distance information with an OSD screen on a real time basis. A navigation device for OSD-displaying routing information comprises: a display unit(20) in which map information and DMB image are displayed; an operation unit(30) computing routing information including redirection and distance; an OSD symbol storage(42) storing an OSD symbol indicating progress information; an OSD extracting unit(44) extracting OSD symbol corresponding to the routing information computed in the operation unit from the OSD symbol storage; an OSD processing unit(46) displaying the OSD symbol extracted from the OSD extracting unit on a part screen of the display unit; and a controller(50) controlling the display unit, the operation unit, the OSD symbol storage, the OSD extracting unit, and the OSD processing unit.
