A rack device of a dish washer is provided to increase the supporting force of the rack combining with a washing tub. A rack device of a dish washer comprises: a rack(200) in which a wash target is put; a rack rail(210) moving while sliding down with the rack; and a rail guide arranged in a washing tub and guiding the slick of the rack rail. The rail guide comprises a variable part controlling the height of the rack. The variant part comprises a plurality of rail grooves formed in the rail guide with the proper height difference.
