FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: production method of dehydrated carbon-containing nutrient product chosen from a group containing powder based on milk, infant mixture and mixture from "Zdorovoye Pitaniye" group based on milk contains preparation of fluid concentrate with decreased carbohydrates content, spreading of fluid concentrate in spray dried chamber.
