METHOD FOR APPLICATION OF IMAGE ON PVC MATERIAL

FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods for jet printing with the help of printer on polyvinylchloride (PVC) material, mostly on film PVC material used for manufacture of casement ceilings. Method includes stepwise introduction of material sections into printing area located in the area of jet printing head location. Application of dye with the help of jet printing head on material surface in compliance with information received by printer for reproduction of previously formed image. Treatment of material with applied dye for its fixation on material surface is carried out. Image is applied by method of cold printing without previous heating of material supplied to printing area and without heating of environment in specified area. Dye used is solvent or ecosolvent ink for jet printers. Treatment of material with applied dye is realised after material exit from printing area by blowing of material surface with applied dye by air with temperature of 14-25°C. ^ EFFECT: possibility to apply image on non-modified film PVC materials with the help of jet printer. ^ 3 cl
