An automatic ink charge and washing recycling apparatus using an automatic rotating exchange nozzle is provided to charge and recycle various kinds of ink cartridges quickly by forming a rotating unit moved by recognizing a selected product. An automatic ink charge and washing recycling apparatus comprises an automatic exchange nozzle(16) to charge and recycle various kinds of ink cartridges. The automatic exchange nozzle comprises: a cartridge adhesion moving jig which is fixed with an air cylinder fixed by screw to the top end portion of the automatic exchange nozzle; an adhesion moving jig horizontal load for guiding the adhesion moving jig vertically; an ink cartridge input hole for injecting the ink into the ink cartridge; and a rotating unit(120) moved by recognizing a selected product.
