The technical effect consists in pinch of productivity of use of a network. The method of data transmission of the inherited format with high throughput capacity (NT) contains stages on which provide access to a wireless network in a wireless network; the first data, compatible to the first report accept, and the first data are transmitted by the first station, provided access to a wireless network; the second data, compatible to the second report, the first station also transmit, thus the first report is back compatible to the second report. ^ EFFECT: increase of network usage productivity. ^ 8 cl, 9 dwg
