A battery exchange is not facilitated in case the battery is mounted inside the electronics appliance case. Thus, many products put battery apparatus for opening and closing the cover in the case. The fabrication time can be shortened by improving the assembility of the battery cover. Moreover, the manufacturing productivity can be increased. A battery apparatus for opening and closing the cover(100) of the electronic product are comprised of main body(101), and the battery cover(102) and fastening means(103). The main body has the seating space(C) for battery. The battery cover covers the seating space fixed to the main body. The battery cover comprises the fixing unit(102a), and the lid part(102b) and the banding part (102c). The fixing unit is fixed to the main body. The lid part covers the seating space. While connecting the fixing unit and the lid part, the banding part provides the elastic force to the lid part. the fixing unit, the lid part and banding part are made of the metal plate of elasticity.
