Pole structure of the tent of which the height is controllable and the height adjustable tent using the same are provided that the wrinkle is not generated in the tent cloth even if there is no length control means of the separate tent cloth. A pole structure of the tent of which the height is controllable comprises a pole(20) creating the frame of the tent, a tent cloth which is combined in pole and takes shape the outer shape of the tent, a fixed pole(24) which is built in the surface, a moving pole(22) which is formed on the top of the anchoring pole and moves with sliding according to the anchoring pole to the top and bottom, a moving cap(26) which is fixed to and combined with the down side part of the movement POL, and in which the anchoring pole is inserted through in one side, a connection part(27) which is protruded to one side of the moving cap, and is combined in the edge of the cloth of tent, a stopper(28) restricting the movement of the moving pole.
