A system for selecting information content (i.e. advert) to add into a message in which the information content to be added is based on a keyword identified in a previous message sent or received by the sender or receiver of the message, preferably a previous message sent between the two parties, and in particular making use of a plurality of previous messages between the two parties, to refine the information content that should be included. Ideally the processing of the messages will be done by a central server but could alternatively be done locally. The information content is preferably an ad in the form of text, images, video etc. Example messages are SMS, MMS and e-mail sent by mobile phone users. |
