A thin type sensor device having stable mechanical strength with resin is provided to increase impact-resistant property and compressive strength by protecting a head part with a silicone layer and an epoxy layer. A lead frame(200) is attached in a right and a left of a sensor device(100). A head part surrounds the sensor device, and includes an epoxy layer(400). The epoxy layer is a protective layer, surrounds the lead frame, and maintains a shape of the lead frame. An insulated film part(500) includes a film layer. The film layer insulates and protects the lead frame which is not protected by the epoxy layer. |
