A manufacturing method of emitting water coating agent composition for fluoroalkylsilane based glass with a superior long store stability and water repellency is provided to have long store stability during period sufficient from production date to valid date. A manufacturing method of emitting water coating agent composition for fluoroalkylsilane based glass with a superior long store stability and water repellency comprises steps of: injecting and agitating distilled water in alcohol, adding the first acidity and manufacturing solution; injecting hydrolyzable fluoroalkylsilane in the solution and performing hydrolysis and condensation reaction; confirming production of silanol oligomer from production of insolubility oil droplet or droplet in the reaction step; and confirming generating of the oligomer, injecting the second acidity and stabilizing it.
