A lighting unit for a power window switch device is provided to reduce the number of light source for knob lighting by using a light guide including a plurality of diversion parts. A light source(40) is installed in a printed circuit board(11). A light guide(50) of plastic material includes a base part(51) and a plurality of diversion parts(52). The light source is loaded in the base part. The diversion parts are extended toward a plurality of knobs(30) of a top side from the base part, and deliver a light to the knobs. A guider is arranged between the diversion part and the knob. The guider guides the light, and lights a bottom surface of the knob.
