A sweet drink made from fermented barley and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to give a savory taste of the barley, the taste and a flavor of herbs and efficacy of medical herbs. A sweet drink made from fermented barley is made of 28~35wt% of malt water, 24~33wt% of barley and 32~41wt% of functional additives. The functional additives are made of 4~25wt% of herbal extract, 2.0~12.5wt% of medical herbs extract, 10~46wt% of sugar, and the rest, 100wt% of water. A manufacturing method of the sweet drink comprises the following steps of: making the herbal extract and medical herbs extract; making the functional additives by mixing the herbal extract and the medical herbs extract with the water; and mixing the functional additives with the malt water and the barley.
