MANUFACTURING METHOD OF AIR MAT

A method for molding an air mat is provided to improve adhesive strength of a cushion unit and a lower plate by welding the cushion unit and the lower plate into one through a scrap according to a rotation molding process. A method for molding an air mat comprises the following steps of: preparing a cover settled on a lower plate, a low die for molding a cushion unit, and the lower plate combined with the low die(S100); performing a slush molding progress(S200) molding the cushion unit after injecting a resin composition into the low die(S300); combining the lower plate with the cover after bonding the lower plate with the low die to cover an entrance of a molding groove of an air pocket; and performing a rotation molding process(S400) welding the cushion unit and the lower plate into one body.
