A service valve for preventing refrigerants from flowing backward is provided to enable a user to selectively use the service valve according to a work environment by installing the service valve in either a first flow path or a second flow path wherein the refrigerants flow. A service valve(100) for preventing refrigerants from flowing backward comprises the following units. A flow path(120) is formed inside a body(110) of the service valve. A check valve(130) is integrally formed with the flow path. A fluid is flowed in one direction by the service valve installed in either a first flow path(121) or a second flow path(122). A disc(50) linked with a shaft(84) is positioned in a rear side of the check valve.
