A cooling structure of a surgical lighting device is provided to enhance cooling efficiency by discharging the heated air from the lamp through the inside of a frame. A plurality of lamps are installed in a head(4). A plurality of lamps irradiate the light to the inside of the case. The head is vertically installed in a floor by the frame. The frame is composed of a head link frame(3), a horizontal extension unit(2) and a plump extension unit(1). The length of the plumb extension unit is extended to the vertical direction. The length of the horizontal extension unit is extended to the horizontal direction. The head link frame is connected to the horizontal extension unit. The head is pivotally connected to the head link frame. A duct is formed in the frame. The duct is connected from an inhalation port to an exhaust port. A pump is installed in the exhaust port. The pump inhales the air.
