An automatic laser irradiator for medical treatment is provided, in which treatment is possible in case the treatment subject site is two places by constituting the laser irradiator in independent two channel type. An automatic laser irradiator for medical treatment comprises: a main body including a plurality of laser generators to control so that the lasers of multi-channels can be independently generated; a plurality of handpieces(21) for irradiating each laser generated in the main body; and a handpiece fixing unit(22) for fixing handpiece to the desired site of the human body. The laser generator comprises: a programmable logic controller controlling the generation time and output of laser; a display unit expressing the operation time and state of the automatic laser irradiator; and a power supply unit supplying the necessary operating voltage to the operation of the main body.
