A USB equipped with a locking unit is provided to enhance security being destroyed when a user inputs wrong secrete codes several times and increase user convenience by including a battery and an MP3 player. A terminal(20) is installed at an external portion of a body and is connected to a USB port of a PC. A memory(31) is equipped at the inside of the body and stores each kind of data. A communication controller(33) controls the data communication between the PC and the memory through the terminal. Plural input buttons(41) are prepared at an external part of the body, and a discriminating unit(43) compares an inputting secrete code with a stored secrete code. A connection controlling unit(45) controls the connection between the communication controller and the terminal by turning on/off the supply of driving power. An over-current applying unit(47) destroys the memory or the communication controller by applying over-current to the memory and the communication controller. A reading unit(53) reads out sound source data stored at the memory through an earphone jack(51).
