A method for manufacturing internally bonded sewing thread made of polyester filament is provided to improve productivity by minimizing an error rate. A method for manufacturing internally bonded sewing thread made of polyester filament comprises the following steps of: twisting polyester multi filament main yarn(10) to a S direction by using a high speed TFO twister; dividing a yarn of a 1 piece by passing though three induction members(6); combining a polyester filament core yarn(20) with the main yarn by using a combining device; winding the combined yarn on an aluminum bobbin(4); winding braiding(30) into a Z direction on the bobbin; and heating up the twisted braiding through a high pressure and high temperature heater in 150 - 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
