A resin coated metal sheet with a superior roll forming property is provided to prevent a trouble on a roll forming process. A resin coated metal sheet with a superior roll forming property comprises the resin component 5-40 mass unit, and silane coupling agent 7-35 mass unit, and metavanadate 0.5-7 mass unit. The resin component 5-40 mass unit has the inorganic component 60-95 mass unit in which the surface-treating composition is made of the lithium silicate and colloidal silica; and the oxazoline group containing copolymer 1-9 mass unit about the olefin - alpha, beta - unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer and alpha, and the sum 100 mass unit of beta - unsaturated carboxylic acid polymer.
