A transparent film for preventing the attachment of unwanted materials is provided to apply it to facilities made of glass or stainless materials, and to improve appearance of the facilities by preventing the attachment of advertisements or leaflet. A method for manufacturing a transparent film(20) for preventing the attachment of unwanted materials comprises (i) a step for preparing a transparent coating composition containing an acrylic resin 32-42 weight%, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane 5-10 weight%, trichlorophenylsilane 5-10 weight%, silica 5-10 weight%, oleic acid 0.01-5 weight%, processing aid 1-5 weight% and solvent 28-50 weight%; (ii) a step for preparing a film-shaped by extruding the coating composition with a slot die of 180-250 °C; and (iii) a step for cooling the extruded coating composition by contacting with a cooling roller. |
