A temperature and humidity controlling apparatus of a dryer is provided to control temperature and humidity accurately through 2 steps by forming two temperature and humidity control units. A temperature and humidity control unit controls the temperature and humidity of gas passing through a drum. A temperature and humidity second controlling unit controls the temperature and humidity of the gas passing through the temperature and humidity control unit again. The temperature and humidity control unit comprises: a hot air supply unit supplying hot air to the drum; a heat exchange unit(150) controlling the temperature and humidity of the gas passing through the drum with heat exchange; and an exhaust unit ejecting the gas passing through the heat exchanger to outside. The temperature and humidity second controlling unit comprises: a heat exchanger(402) in which the gas is heat-exchanged; and a fan(401) cooling the heat exchanger.
