A dental prosthesis and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, in which the prosthesis is conveniently installed and pressure can be evenly dispersed. A dental prosthesis comprises: a keeper(100) which is arranged in order to surround one side abutment from the tongue; a base(200) which is arranged in order to surround the tongue of the other side abutment; and a body(300) which is combined with the keeper and the base by the screw while performing as an artificial tooth and is arranged in order to surround one side abutment or the other side abutment in the direction opposite to the direction surrounded by the keeper. The manufacturing method of the artificial teeth for dental prosthesis comprises: a step of machining carbon and the ceramics; a step of obtaining a carbon bolt and a bolt for ceramics casting; and a step of forming a dental prosthesis.
