The assembly (1) has a moisture proof container with a body and a closure (3) to protect substances inside the container. An opening (4) is provided in the body for introduction of substances into the container. A sleeve (2) is provided for guiding the closure for closing the moisture proof container so that fluid remains sealed inside the container by inner pressure of about 0.95 Pascal. The body is manufactured from plastic. An independent claim is also included for a method for packaging clinical or infectious substances.
