A conveying device having high jet force and a manufacturing method of conveying plate used in the same are provided to jet an air having high jet pressure in a minute gap of an air hole and a pin by coupling a spring pin with the air hole. A conveying device includes a conveying plate(120) having a plurality of air holes(121). A coupling part(122) is formed in a bottom of the air hole. A caliber of the coupling part is larger than a caliber of the air hole. A spring pin(130) is inserted in the coupling part, and includes a pin part(131) and a coil part(132) manufactured by a wire. The pin part forms a minute gap by being inserted in the air hole. The coil part is inserted in the coupling part.
