A portable terminal increasing the adhesion of a shielding can for shielding RF parts is provided to increase mechanical reliability due to maintaining a fixed state about a circuit board through a contact member. Cases(11,12) embodies a circuit board(40) in which an RF(Radio Frequency) part(41) is arranged in the constant area cases. A shielding can(50) shields the area from the electro magnetic wave. A contact member(30) is arranged between the case and shielding can. When the case is assembled, the close adhesion absence adheres the shielding can closely about the circuit board.
