An electronic commerce system and for using transaction of second hand goods, and a method thereof are provided to enable the transaction of second hand goods without direct contact by standardizing the transaction of a register and a user. A transaction-dependent second hand goods registering unit(21) receives article information and transaction type information from a register and stores those two kinds of information. A transaction agent unit(22) provides the article information and receives a request for reception for an article. A recipient determining unit(23) determines and stores a final recipient among bidders by providing the information of reception applicants, and a payment processing unit(25) receives the payment information from the determined receiver and process the payment. |
