A water-tight panel for sewer water sealing robot makes the expansion and restoration operation of manhole or temporary structure unnecessary. A water-tight panel(5) for sewer water sealing robot comprises a driving motor for water sealing robot driven with the control of remote controller, a transport unit(3) running the endless track or wheel with the drive motor, a cylinder(6) standing up the water-tightly panel or horizontally combined with the piston rod(17), a hinge(27) which connects the central part both ends of the water-tightly panel and left part and right part and folded, a plurality sliding units(8) formed in the single-side of the water-tightly panel, a tube(20) which can be expanded in order to the circumference of the water-tightly panel and inner surface interval of the drain pipe stick, a driving unit consisting of the left of the water-tightly panel, and the load exercising to the right part with respective piston, a multiple-jointed link(19).
