The present invention refers to compositions for strengthening the immunological system, which is based on vitamins, minerals, amino acids and herbal extracts, as well as the use thereof and a process for manufacturing the same. Said compositions are useful in the pharmaceutical and food field for strengthening the immunological system in people suffering from said deficiency. The invention comprises the following components: Vitamin A, C, E, riboflavin B2, B6, sulphates (magnesium and zinc) selenium amino acid chelate, Cu chelate, Mg chelate, Fe chelate, magnesium gluconate, maltodextrin, lonicera, forsythia, schizonepeta, ginger, chines vitex, echinacea, isatis root, potassium carbonate, L-glutamine, L-lysine hydrochloride, mineral oil, sweetener (saccharine, sucralose and/or acesulfame k), citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, sorbitol, flavour (grape, lemon-lime, orange, etc.) and polyethylenglicol.
