A flesh separation apparatus for a Japanese apricot is provided to support the Japanese apricot steadily in order to cut the flesh of the Japanese apricot clearly. A flesh separation apparatus for a Japanese apricot comprises a bottom cutting unit(100), a top cutting unit(200), a top transferring unit, a hydraulic pressure supply unit, and a controller. The bottom cutting unit is equipped with a cylinder(10), a supporter(40), and a blade moving unit(50). The cylinder is composed of a hydraulic press(11) and a rod(12). The supporter formed in a plate shape has a plurality of grooves(41) to support the Japanese apricot. |
