A wrapping paper is provided, which enables a user to open the wrapping paper easily in the direction that a user wants. A wrapping paper comprises one or more opening parts(2) and grooves(3). The opening part is formed in the top or the lower part of the wrapping paper and is formed in the right-angled triangle shape to open the wrapping paper in the oblique direction. The grooves are formed in an extension line of one right-angled triangle of the opening part. The grooves have the dotted line or the linear shape.
