A functional veneer board is provided that the molecular structure of the bad smell material is changed and the bad smell material is disassembled with the component. A functional veneer board(100) comprises a plurality of single panels(10) containing oak, pine, and loess ingredient, a glue layer(20) formed between each single panel. The single panel is cured to the dry or wet. The glue layer is comprised of casein, viscose or glutamine. The loess ingredient removes the poison. The excellent resolving power, adhesion and detergency are guaranteed.
