A manufacturing method of a heat insulator and the heat insulator manufactured by the same are provided, which obtain the simplicity of the assembly and secure warmth. A manufacturing method of a heat insulator comprises: producing the raw material by mixing vermiculite, yellow soil, water, and adhesive and agitating the mixture; forming the semi-product of top and bottom divided structure by putting the raw material into a mold; solidifying the shaped semi-product in the alternation application of the forced drying mode and natural drying mode; and completing the insulator by post processing to make the assembly of the dried semi-product facilitated.
