The polling device (Interrog) is additionally equipped with a logical circuit (ActCommProtImplLCI) for running the protocol of active communication and with a receiving second antenna (AI2) for active communication. This is via an active receiver (AMActRecI) for the receipt of amplitude modulated signals attached to the specified logical circuit (ActCommProtImplLCI). The first transducing antenna (ATI) in each transponder (Transp) is via an active receiver (AMActRecT) for receiving amplitude-modulated signals attached to the logical circuit (ActCommProtImplLCT) for running the protocol of active communication whose output signal is via the active transmitter (AMActTransmT) for transmitting amplitude-modulated signals linked to the second transponder's transmitting antenna (AT2) for active communication. The transponder (Transp) is equipped with a supply circuit (SupplC). The protocol of passive communication is an ISO 15693 based protocol, while the protocol of active communication is very similar. The verification with a radio- frequency identification system for access control according to the invention can also be implemented in a comfortable way at a distance of slightly more than one meter from the polling device, while the transponder with an empty battery has to be moved closer to the polling device to a usual standard small distance.
|
