<p>The machine for automated processing of wooden bars solves the problem of automated supply of wooden bars between the individual wooden bar processing phases and processing, which requires several independent machines and involves more operator intervention. The main purpose of the machine is processing of wooden bars used in the production of honeycombs for apiculture however they can be used wherever there is need for processing a large number of wooden bars. The machine features a container (1), a feeder table (2), a feeder transport system (11), cylinders (C2), (C3), (C4), bore heads (6), a feeding device (7), which transports the bar to the milling cutter (8) and a saw (9). A larger amount of non- processed bars (10) is inserted, which the table (2) with the help of the feeder construction (1) passes on row by row. The individual row is by way of cylinder (C2) being pushed to the front thus enabling the processing of the first bar in the row (13). Then the pressure in cylinder (C2) is released which makes it possible that the cylinder (C4) pushes the bar to the next processing phase.</p> |
